Transport costs associated with delivery are communicated and agreed with the customer via email before final order confirmation.

Delays over stated delivery dates cannot be relied upon by the customer to claim compensation for lost profits or any direct or consequential damages.
The customer must inform the store in the online store when confirming the order if they have conditions and means of unloading on site. If this field is not filled in, the store will assume that the customer has their own download conditions and means. If this situation does not prove to be true, any cost charged to the store, namely the need for new transport or special transport will be charged to the customer.
If, in situations where the condition contracted with the customer requires payment upon unloading, payment of the amounts is not fulfilled by the customer, the order is not delivered. In this case, assim store reserves the right to charge transport costs due to the customer's failure to comply with the delivery conditions contracted when confirming the order.
If on the expected date of receipt of the order by the customer, the customer is not available to receive the merchandise, they are obliged to notify the store at least 48 hours in advance, rescheduling a new delivery date.
Deliveries are made on the ground floor at the main door access of the address indicated for delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer or their representative to confirm, upon delivery, the good condition of the merchandise(s) delivered to them. Confirmation of delivery under the appropriate conditions, as well as quantities shipped, is carried out by imposing a legible signature from the customer on the triplicate of the purchase document accompanying the merchandise.
Any complaint, after confirmation of the good condition of the merchandise(s) by the customer or his representative, will be subject to analysis by the store, which reserves the right to refuse any customer complaint regarding quantities and the condition in which the material was delivered.
